The Pre-Visit Information
1. Our Salon is extra cozy and designed for your relaxation. We do not have space for guests to join you. Please plan accordingly to enjoy "you" time.
2. We really love online booking, it's the easiest way to get the time you need, our business ensures the safety of your personal information always. We require a card number so when you book, we know it's legitimate.
3. We do have forms to fill out once you've booked your appointment and this information is so helpful to co-create with you. Communication is a two way street, so the more you share with us the better we serve you!

Just a consultation is complimentary, if you book it same day as your appointment the time is already included in the time of your appointment. We Look forward to meeting you

The Consultation
So you will sit, maybe have a coffee, your stylist will already have a good idea of your goals from your pre-visit form and will analyze your hair type, natural level, what we can do based on the current condition and have a great conversation to make the final plan that we can agree is best for your hair.
Once we are clear on our strategy your stylist will do your hair, time is different with each service and stylist; please plan to be with us for a bit. Think of it as your time away.
Please make sure the time you pick will allow you to not have to rush out the door. I want you to feel nurtured and spa like in our time together and good things take time.

My salon is suited for you to be able to work if you need to bring in your computer, I have a desk to set over the chair, so you can work while I do!
After Goodbye
After your hair is colored, your scalp is cleansed, you have a fresh haircut and bouncy blow-dry, we will look to the future and book your next appointment.
Your stylist will tell you how long is appropriate for our refreshing follow up. We can discuss the best hair care products to use at home, even if it's what you are using currently at home.
I will also add you to my email list so we can stay in touch with a quarterly community news and things happening in salon.
We love to stay in touch and keep our relationship attune.
